Spare Time

For the past few weeks, Nay had been really exhausted taking care of Gabi, doing some household chores, and talking to Giselle about the same things over and over again. I know these things have been testing her patience the rough way. I just wish I could make the situation a little better and much lighter for her. The least my buddy and I could do was to take her to Wensha Spa for our second visit. We fetched her from Manila City Hall after work. Then, we went straight ahead to the place. Her eyes flickered the moment we entered the lobby. It took us almost five hours. I'm so glad she loved the experience.

I know the effect was fleeting. But I hope ny buddy and I can give her a time off like this every so often. It just feels right to see her eyes react like that again. Maybe next time we could grab some seats at a Richard Poon gig.
